What cookies are

What we use
Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the site to work -page loading, security, and remembering choices you make during a visit. These cannot be turned off.
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. This tells us whether our information is useful and where people get lost. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring source.
We do not use advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels on this website.
What we deliberately do not do
We do not place Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other advertising or social media pixel on this site.
We do not place any third-party tracking technology on any page where you can enter health information.
This is a deliberate choice. Tracking technologies on health-related pages can transmit information about a visitor’s health interests to advertising companies. We have chosen not to accept that risk on your behalf.
Your choices
Opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Control cookies in your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of this site from working. Instructions: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge each publish them in their help documentation.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry standard for responding to it, and we do not currently respond to it. We limit our tracking to the analytics described above regardless of the signal.
Third parties
Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC, whose privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
Our enrollment and patient portal are operated by a separate vendor under a business associate agreement. That platform is not covered by this notice -it has its own privacy terms, which you will see when you enroll.
Changes
We may update this notice. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
