Annual wellness visits, screening recommendations built around your actual risk factors, immunization guidance, and a prevention plan that fits your life rather than a template.
Acute and sick visits
Infections, rashes, injuries, stomach problems, respiratory illness, and the ordinary things that come up. Seen the same or next business day rather than next month.
Chronic condition management
Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, asthma, and more. Regular check-ins, medication adjustments, and lab monitoring without needing an appointment slot every time something changes.

A written plan for what you should be screening for and when, based on your history rather than your age alone.
Not Included

What membership does not cover

We would rather tell you now than at your first visit.

Controlled substances. We do not prescribe medications in DEA Schedules II through V: no stimulants for ADHD, no benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Ativan or Klonopin, no opioid pain medication, no testosterone. This is a fixed limit on what this practice provides and it applies to every member. If you need that care, we will help you find a physician who provides it.

Procedures and immunizations. This practice is entirely virtual, so we cannot give injections or vaccines, place sutures, biopsy a lesion, or perform any in-office procedure. When you need one, we will tell you where to have it done near you and stay involved before and after.

Physical examinations. We cannot listen to your heart, examine your ears, or feel a lump. When your care needs an exam, we will arrange it locally.

Therapy and specialty psychiatric care. We do treat uncomplicated depression and anxiety as part of your primary care, including prescribing and managing first-line medication. We do not provide counseling or therapy, and we do not manage bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, or PTSD. We will help you find the right clinician and coordinate with them.

Emergency care. We are not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Children under 6. We serve patients aged 6 and older. Children 6 through 12 join alongside an enrolled parent.
