Pay with pre-tax dollars

As of January 1, 2026, direct primary care memberships are HSA-eligible. You can pay for your membership with pre-tax HSA funds, up to $150 per month for an individual and $300 per month for a family.

For many people, that means a $99 membership costs closer to $69 in take-home pay.

Check with your plan administrator to confirm how your specific account handles it.
