These Terms govern your use of richardsondpc.com, operated by Richardson Direct Primary Care, PLLC, a North Carolina professional limited liability company. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. This website does not provide medical care
Nothing on this site is medical advice. The content here is general information about our practice and about direct primary care. It is not a substitute for evaluation by a physician who knows you.
Using this site does not make you a patient. No physician-patient relationship is created by visiting this site, reading anything on it, submitting a form, joining our waitlist, or sending us an email or message. That relationship begins only when you complete enrollment, the practice accepts you as a member, and you have your first clinical encounter with Dr. Richardson.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use this website, and do not send us a message.
3. Licensure and geographic scope
Beronie Richardson, MD, MPH is licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina. Richardson Direct Primary Care, PLLC provides care only to patients who are physically located in North Carolina at the time of service.
